Distinguishing characteristics (within family/genus):

This species has 3-6 rosette leaves that are well developed on non-flowering plants. There are usually more than 2 flowers. The labellum has poorly developed lateral lobes and a blackish central stripe. Flowers are 1.5 cm long1
