Yellowish green with red stripes, labellum yellowish green with red markings 1

Habit:

Terrestrial orchid to 26 cm tall 1

This species has a single leaf that is to 12 cm long and 8 mm wide and sometimes dotted red at the base. There are 1-2 flowers with long 'spidery' sepals and petals 1
