Distinguishing characteristics (within family/genus):
This species prefers drier habitats to other species found at the Prom, stems are hairy and leaves are 20 mm wide. Oxalis exilis is a native species found at the Prom and it has less hairy stems and small leaves (to 5 mm wide)
