Distinguishing characteristics (within family/genus):

This is the only species of Crepidomanes found in Victoria. Fronds are 5-15 cm long and arise distantly from one another on a creeping rhizome. Lamina is translucent and irregularly shaped with pinnae often long and hanging parallel to main rachis. Sori are borne singly on lateral lobes at the base of pinnae ¹
