Only grows in sheltered positions in moist forests in the south of the Prom. Often in fern gullies

Cream to light green or greeny-yellow

Medium to tall shrub to 4 m

Distinguishing characteristics (within family/genus):
This species has pinnate leaves and clusters of small, think-stalked flowers arranged in umbels. Fruit is a succulent blue drupe

There are three subspecies however only subsp. 'Short leaflets' is present at the Prom
