Flowers without petals and surrounded by a scale/bract 1

Tufted perennial grass with culms to 90 cm 1

This species is similar to Rytidosperma setaceum however R. caespitosum has broader leaves (3 mm wide, not 1 mm wide) and a larger lemma 2
